Who we are. BookWavo provides booking software to independent car-detailing businesses. When you book with a business through BookWavo, that business is responsible for your appointment; BookWavo processes your information on its behalf.
What we collect. Your name, email address, optional mobile number, vehicle make/model/year, appointment details, notes you choose to add, and records of the messages we send you. We do not collect payment card details, license plates or government identity numbers.
Text messages. We only text you if you check a consent box. Appointment messages and waitlist-opening offers are separate choices. We store the consent wording, time, and phone number as a record. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply START to opt back in. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
How we use it. To schedule, confirm, remind, change or cancel appointments and to send waitlist offers you asked for.
Retention. Appointment, consent and message-delivery records are retained for the business's records and dispute handling. Leaving a waitlist stops offers but keeps the audit record of consent and past messages. Contact the business to request deletion of your information.
