Bookings. Appointments are agreements between you and the detailing business. Prices shown are set by the business and paid directly to it; BookWavo does not process payments.

Changes and cancellations. Each business sets its own online cancellation cutoff, shown before you confirm a cancellation. After the cutoff, contact the business directly.

Waitlist offers. Offers are made one customer at a time in the order people joined and expire after a short hold period. Delivery delays can shorten the time you have to respond. An offer is not a booking until you confirm it and see a confirmation.

Text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Acceptable use. Do not submit bookings for other people without permission or attempt to interfere with the service.
